Hi! I’m Chris Campbell, a boundaries & self-worth coach, and someone who believes in sprinkling a little playfulness into everything I do. Life’s too important to take seriously. But when it comes to emotional resilience—particularly after difficult relationships—I know it’s a journey that needs a bit of warmth, a lot of courage, and, well, sometimes a good sense of humour.
You could say I’ve lived through my own emotional rollercoaster, which has given me a deep appreciation for how resilience isn’t just about bouncing back; it’s about bouncing forward. That’s why I’m so passionate about building self-love, because it’s the foundation for resilience and helps you live joyfully—even when life’s not throwing sunshine your way. I’ve navigated a few stormy seas myself, a couple of them at cyclone level, and I understand what it takes to move from only just surviving, to then rebuild and thrive.
I don’t just talk about values—I believe that I commit to living them, every single day.
First off, freedom. Whether it’s the freedom to speak your mind, make choices, or simply move through life without limits, I fiercely believe in living in a way that honours my own freedom and supports the freedom of others. Freedom also means respecting boundaries, including your own, and that’s something I make sure to practice (and coach!).
Then there’s transparency. You’ll always know where you stand with me. Honesty, openness, and trust are the foundation of every conversation I have. I’ve found that being honest with others often begins with the sometimes tricky task of being honest with ourselves—which can be a new and eye-opening experience.
Now, onto the fun stuff: playfulness! Life can get heavy, but I believe in keeping things light-hearted. Whether we’re exploring new ideas or unpacking old emotional baggage, I like to keep things approachable and, dare I say it, fun. There’s always room for a smile—even in the middle of deep, painful self-discovery.
Speaking of connection—family, friendship, belonging—I thrive on meaningful relationships. It’s what makes everything else worthwhile. Sharing and connecting deeply with others is how we drive change, for ourselves and for the world around us.
And I don’t shy away from accountability. Taking responsibility for my actions, words, and impact on my community is central to how I operate. I encourage the people around me to do the same—not because it’s the way everyone already thinks, but because I believe that, if more of us did, we could truly make a difference.
Oh, and I’m also an eco-nut in training. I believe in doing my part for the environment. I’m constantly looking for ways to minimise my carbon footprint, create less waste, and—gently—encourage others to do the same.
For me, community is about collaboration and contribution. I love fostering a sense of belonging, whether that’s in my local community or in the coaching circles I create. We all bring something valuable to the table, and together, we can build something meaningful.
I’m committed to personal growth, both for myself and my clients. I believe that we should always be challenging ourselves, questioning our beliefs, and striving to be better versions of ourselves. It’s a lifelong journey that I believe can feel more like an adventure than an uphill struggle.
And finally, acceptance—the kind that requires you to listen without judgment, approach others with curiosity, and appreciate people for who they are, right here, right now. It’s about letting go of preconceived notions, being open to discovering more about others, and allowing life (and people) to unfold without interference from our past hang-ups or future worries.
When I’m not coaching, you’ll likely find me at dawn, soaking in the quiet beauty of the early morning—whether the sun is shining or hiding behind the clouds. I’m also a proud mother, lover of people, and always on the lookout for new ways to bring more joy into the world.
If my approach sounds like it resonates with you, why not book a chat? Let’s explore how we can work together to build the life you deserve—filled with freedom, connection, and maybe also a dash of playfulness!
