Coaching for Emotional Resilience including Healing from Narcissistic Abuse
Invest in your relationship with yourself to find relief from emotional struggles and to have healthy relationships with others
Taking the struggle out of life and having healthy relationships with others, starts with a healthy relationship with ourselves.
Ultimately, we don’t respond to the things that happen to us. We respond to our perspective of what happens to us.
Whether it’s childhood experiences, physical or narcissistic type abuse, or any other experience that has caused you to become emotionally vulnerable, building self-love is at the core of the work that needs to be done.
By committing to build the love you have for yourself to become emotionally resilient, you will attract and enjoy healthy relationships . . . and life.
My Services
This Life Redesign Breakthrough program is more than just a series of sessions; it’s a comprehensive, 6-week journey that equips you with the tools you need to regulate your emotions and regain control of your life.
Life Redesign Transformation
Life Redesign Transformation is a comprehensive 12-week journey designed to help you step confidently into a life where you thrive by building your emotional resilience. Through additional focused sessions on boundary setting, identifying your core values, and mastering effective conversations, you’ll gain the clarity and skills needed to navigate life with confidence and purpose. By the end of the 12 weeks, you won’t just understand who you are—you’ll feel empowered to live confidently in a way that feels right for you.
Break the Bond
Break the Bond is an intensive, 7-session hands-on approach designed to help you break free from the emotional chains of a trauma bond usually caused by narcissistic abuse. Through focused sessions and personalised support, I’ll guide you to understand the nature of your bond, provide you with practical tools to manage your emotions, and empower you to reclaim your independence and rebuild your life on your terms. This isn’t about looking back; it’s about moving forward—stronger, wiser, and ready to start doing the focused work in building yourself back up.
The Man Within
This 8-week group program is designed for men who are tired of pretending, feeling isolated, and struggling with relationship challenges. Whether you’re navigating divorce, dealing with fears of intimacy or rejection, or feeling overwhelmed by changing expectations, this group program offers a safe, supportive space to explore these issues, build emotional resilience, and become the man you need to be to live a happy life.
Note: Working with me requires commitment and effort—at least 25 minutes of focused work on most days of the week. This is what helps my clients heal emotionally so much quicker than traditional therapy.
If you are not ready to commit the time or do not have the financial resources to commit to working with me, please don’t let that stop you from taking up my offer of a free consult. I feel confident that by just having that conversation, you will move at least one step closer to taking the struggle out of your life. And for me, that’s a win-win.
